Beautiful arrangement that looked better than the display on the website! I made an error on the delivery area but the owner did not hesitate to fulfill the order and have it delivered. Her kindness was, and is, much appreciated - as are the skills of a florist. The colors were "happy colors" and my friend said "I wish you could smell my kitchen it smells SO good!" The arrangement brought a smile to her face so I cannot thank you enough!! I hope to make friends in Savannah so I can order again, lol!

First time I've used Ramelle's for flowers delivery to my girlfriend in Savannah. I was 100% satisfied. Much better experience than with 1-800 Flowers. Order was delivered when scheduled with no excuses. I will use Ramelle's again in the future.

Ramelle's was so helpful when I realized that I'd sent flowers to the wrong address, now outside of their delivery area. They were able to transfer the order to another florist in their network, and by the photo I received they did a great job. Very appreciative of the great customer service!
